WELCOME TO BIFC WOMEN'S SOCCER
This group was created with the primary goal of providing women the opportunity to play soccer in an inclusive and non-competitive environment. All levels are welcome. Programs will include some basic coaching and introduction to the rules of the game and is suitable for those with little or no experience of soccer.
Please join us for an evening of fitness, fun and friendship!
Our first installment is an indoor program. Future sessions will take your skills onto the turf.
Dates: November 8, 15, 22 & 29 (Thurs)
Location: BICS Gym (meet in undercover area for warm-up)
Format: 30 minute tabata warm-up, followed by one hour of soccer training and small-sided games.
