BIFC ADULT PROGRAMS

[Spring - Mar 18th through May 24th]

Bowen Island FC offers a range of adult programming including our Adult Recreational League, 50+ Soccer and Women's Soccer. The BIFC Adult Recreational League (Guidelines) is designed for those seeking to enjoy the beautiful game in a fun, social, friendly and safe environment. Players are selected into teams in a blind draw and play each other in a league play.

18 Years and Over

Adult Coed Rec Program

Players of all ability levels and experience are welcome to have fun on our new artificial turf field in this popular league which has now been running for 15 years.

Get a little exercise and enjoy the beautiful game with your friends, neighbours and relations - beginners welcome!

Players will be divided into 2 teams on the night to create a competitive atmosphere, as well an opportunity to play with different players each night.

50 Years and Over

Adult 50+ Masters Program

The program will consist of small sided games on small pitches which will increase activity and fitness (shorter distances to run), increase soccer skills and touches with the ball, increase team effectiveness and game-based decision-making, and more box-to-box exciting soccer for 50-60+ players (including some sessions on competitive walking soccer).

The 50+ Masters Program will be offered in Fall and Spring.

Women's Football Program

Bowen Island FC is committed to providing football programs for everybody, so we'd love to explore having a weekly Women's Football game for all abilities. To make this a success we first need to confirm interest and availability. To help us with this we'd love anybody interested to register with us so that we can provide the best possible format.
