The meeting was led by Club President Niul Bird and was shared on Microsoft Teams for those that couldn't be present in person.

Our 2024 Board consisted of Niul Bird as Board President, Boris Nikic as Treasurer overseeing the Club’s Finances, Lee Vincent as Club Secretary, and Andy Gillooley took on Creative Direction, Marketing and Branding. Ann Walters and Rebecca Ander rounded out the Board as Director's at Large.

Going forward we will be welcoming Jess Onqa and Ryan Glancy to our 2025 board, and Ann Walters will step down from her role, meaning the board will be built out as:

  • Lee Vincent - Club Secretary

  • Boris Nikic - Club Treasurer

  • Andy Gillooley - Member at Large

  • Jess Onqa - Member at Large

  • Rebecca Ander - Member at Large

From an Operations perspective, Anita Peters-White will continue as General Manager and Club Coordinator. Niul Bird continues as Technical Director, although this is an open position that we are actively looking to fill for 2025 and beyond.

We want to thank Ann Walters for her many years of service to BIFC as Treasurer and Board Member, she has made an incredible contribution to the club and continues to be an amazing advocate for soccer on Bowen Island.

Importantly BIFC renewed our status with Soccer Canada as a Quality Soccer Provider of Canada.
