2026 FIFA Men's World Cup Final

After 102 games the competition is coming to an end, but the biggest game of them all is still to come. On Sunday Argentina will play Spain hoping to be the winner of the 23rd FIFA World Cup. We've had a blast along the way, seeing our players and their families embrace a summer of soccer, but don't stop there, we have plenty more to come as we look to capitalize on this one in a lifetime experience.

World Cup Final

This Sunday, July 19th at noon will see Argentina take on Spain, with everything on the line. As with the rest of the tournament the Bowen Island Pub will be showing the game, so come along and watch with us.

And don't forget to share your photos, we've loved seeing everybody get in the soccer spirit!

World Cup Prizes

Following the final on Sunday we'll be awarding out Fantasy Soccer and Bracket Predictor prizes as well as holding our prize draw.

Winners will be announced on our social media next week, so follow us and keep an eye out for updates.

It's tight at the top with a few people in the running for the prizes!

Summer Camp

Straight after the World Cup we'll be hosting our Summer Camp on Bowen Island. This will run all next week from Monday 20th - Friday 24th.

We have two age groups, with our youngest players [U10] playing at 9am -11.30am and then our older group [U14] starting at 11.30am and playing until 2pm.We still have a few spots open, so sign up below.

Adult Tournament

Last summer we launched our first ever BIFC Invitational Tournament and now we're back for a second year, On August 22 and 23rd we'll host four teams from the city and two made up on Bowen Island over 35 coed players.

Last year was a huge success, and we're expecting more of the same this year! If you're over 35 and interested in signing up, you can do so at the link below.

Canada Day

It was great to see so many of you at our Canada Day celebrations. Thanks to Bowen Island Municipality and The Government of Canada we were able to host a stall which allowed kids to design and then make their own soccer jerseys. We were able to hand out almost 150 jerseys!

As well as that we hosted some fun skill games and scrimmages on the Turf Field, and gave out some great prizes. Congratulations to our overall winner Ren Tarik Patel. Check out some fabulous photos from the event here. 

Fall Soccer

Don't forget to sign up for Fall Soccer, all our Youth and Adult programs are now live for registration at our website.

Fall Youth Soccer is an absolute priority now so that we can hit league registration and kit order deliveries, so if you haven't signed up yet and are planning to please sign up now. And if you have any questions reach out, we'll be happy to help!
