Anita Stepping Down as General Manager

Last week Anita let the Board know that she'll be stepping down from her role as General Manager of BIFC in December. Please join us in thanking her for everything that she's done for the club over the years.

Anita has been a superstar for this club since joining in 2021 and has spearheaded many of the initiatives that have made this club great. She has been incredible at bringing projects to life, and always putting our young players first.

The BIFC Board and community all have nothing but positive things to say about Anita and the amazing job that she did for us. She'll be sorely missed, on many levels, not least the fun and sense of humour that she brought along with her focus on making the club the best it could be. Thank you for everything Anita!

We'll now be starting the process of identifying a new General Manager, and will be following up shortly with job descriptions and details of the application process. Please reach out to us directly if you'd like to keep track as this develops. Our plan is to be able to announce Anita's replacement by January 2027, ahead of a busy period of prepping for the new season, reporting ahead of our AGM in April, and kicking off out 20th Anniversary in August.

We'll ensure that Anita is more formally recognised in due course and will be spending the next few weeks ensuring that we're well setup for the transition period. More details to follow.
