Get Ready For The New Season
We hope you've had a fabulous Summer, and here's to hoping the sun and good weather continues well into September. But, we're all excited that our new soccer season is about to get underway. We've got Fall Youth League Soccer, Mini House, Academy and Adult Programs all kicking off over the next couple of weeks.
Fall Youth Soccer
Our first games of the 2026/27 season kick off from September 12th, so be sure to register and check with your Team Managers and TeamSnap for full details of practices and when your team's season will start.
We'll also be running our popular Academy program from October 7th, so keep an eye out for more details.
Mini House - U5-U8 Soccer
Our Fall Mini House program gets underway on September 12th and is the perfect way to introduce young players to soccer.
We offer programs from U5-U8 and combine the early basics with a fun approach that keeps kids engaged and excited to come back.
BIFC Summer Invitational Tournament
On August 22nd we hosted our second annual BIFC Summer Invitational, an over 35s tournament for teams from Bowen Island and the Mainland.
This year's event was a huge success that built on the groundwork done with our inaugural competition in 2025. Eventual winners Unicorns FC returned for a second year, to deservedly take first place.
Our two BIFC teams that were both unlucky to go out on penalties will be back next year to try and regain the cup though!
BIFC20 - From The Archives
2027 marks the 20th anniversary of Bowen Island Football Club and we plan to mark the occasion with a series of fun initiatives starting in August.
As part of that we'll be telling the history of BIFC, so we need your help! Do you have photos, videos or stories that you're willing to share with us? We'd love to hear from you and get your help in recording the story of our great, community club and how we came to be... Find Out More...
Kit Orders
Everybody that ordered kits before June should receive their kits next week, they're currently in the process of having badges and numbers applied by Maceys.
If you feel you are short of playing or coaching kit please contact us at info@bowenfc.com and we'll explore solutions.
