Dear BIFC Parents,
BIFC is pleased to announce registration for our 2022-2023 Youth League Teams is now open. The Club currently plans to offer Youth League Teams at the following ages:
U9 Boys (2014 and younger)
U9 Girls (2014 and younger)
U10 Girls (2013 and younger
U10 Boys (2013 and younger)
U11 Boys (2012 and younger)
U11 Girls (2012 and younger)
U13 Boys (2010 and younger)
U14 Girls (2009 and younger)
In an effort to help us finalize league programming it is vital for parents to register their child as soon as possible so we can make the best decisions for our players. The Club cannot commit to fielding a team until we know what are final numbers are. We must make commitments to the respective leagues by July 1. U9 to U12 would play in the North Shore Youth Soccer Assocation Intra-District and U13 and U14 would play in the BC Coastal Soccer League. Additionally we need 10 weeks to pre-order team uniforms. For this reason our Youth League Teams registration deadline is July 1, 2022.
As of July 1, the Club wil review our registration by team and make final decisions on league programming. In some cases, we may need to combine age levels and/or move players up or down. All BIFC Youth League Teams train once a week after school and play league games on and off island on Saturdays (Boys) and Sundays (Girls).
